Walking in Confidence: My Identity in Christ.

As I walk through life each day, I am constantly reminded that I am not perfect, but my God is. He is the great I Am, the creator of all that surrounds me. This truth gives me the confidence to walk with my head held high, not because of my own pride, but because I am proud of who I am in Christ. I am adopted, chosen, anointed, blessed, favored, and called by my own name (Romans 8:15-17, Ephesians 1:3-6).

The world may try to bring me down with shame and disgrace, but I hold onto the promise of Isaiah 54:4, which says, "Fear not; for you no longer live in shame. Don't be afraid; there is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth and the sorrows." This verse reminds me that my past does not define me, and I am free from the chains of shame.

As a life and fitness coach, I know that it's easy to get caught up in feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt. But when I focus on my identity in Christ, I am reminded that I am enough. I am loved, accepted, and cherished by the Creator of the universe. This truth gives me the strength to persevere, to keep moving forward, and to walk with confidence.

In Christ, I am a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). I am no longer bound by the shame of my past, but I am free to live a life of purpose and destiny. I am the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21), and I am called to walk in the confidence of my faith.

As I continue on my journey, I will keep my head held high, not because of my own pride, but because I am proud of who I am in Christ. And I’m confident that He is rooting for me, and I know that with His word in my heart, I can overcome any obstacle that comes my way.
