Finding Strength in Jesus.

I've been experiencing mental exhaustion, a feeling of being drained and unable to do anything. It's a state that's left me questioning my ability to cope. In the past, I've managed to get back on my feet through my own strength, but this time, I realized that my efforts were futile. It was time to turn to the One who is the real source of strength: Jesus.

I used to pride myself on handling situations on my own, thinking that having everything under control was the way to survive. However, this approach only led to my spirit becoming broken and weak. The enemy took advantage of my vulnerability, and I found myself struggling to stay afloat. But now, I understand that I'm not my own strength, and I need to put my focus on Jesus.

Reflecting on Jesus' sacrifice on Calvary, I'm reminded of the depth of His love for me. As He prayed in the garden, asking the Father to take away the cup, He was bearing the weight of my sins and feeling the Father's pain towards humanity. The agony He endured, from arrest to crucifixion, was a pain that I was supposed to bear, but God sent Him to endure it for me.

With this newfound understanding, I'm determined to hold on to the redemption Jesus Christ gave me on Calvary. I won't let the enemy take me away from the freedom and love that Jesus has given me. I'll keep my focus on Him, knowing that He's the only one who can give me the strength and courage I need to face life's challenges.
