Faith For The Unseen.

As I woke up to a new day, I was reminded that God's promises are still alive in me. Despite the challenges and uncertainties that lie ahead, I am convinced that He is not done with me yet. His Word declares that He has plans to prosper me, not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). With this assurance, I choose to keep the faith, to hold on to His promises, and to trust in His goodness.

When the path gets narrow, and the journey becomes tough, I fix my eyes on Him. He is my guiding light, illuminating the way forward, even when the darkness seems overwhelming. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." With His Word as my guide, I am confident that I will navigate the challenges and come out stronger on the other side.

The promise land is often preceded by a wilderness experience, a season of testing and refinement. But I know that the moment I let go of what is not helping me, the moment I release the comforts that have held me captive, I will step into the fullness of what God has promised. The journey may be difficult, but the reward is worth it. As Hebrews 11:6 says, "And it is impossible to please God without faith."

God's promise to me is like the promise He made to Abraham - a promise of a miracle child, Isaac, who represented the fulfillment of God's covenant. But when Abraham tried to take matters into his own hands, he ended up with Ishmael. I realize that I am created for better, for a life of faith and obedience, not a life of striving and self-effort. I want to trust in God's timing and plan, knowing that He is faithful to fulfill His promises.

As I journey through life, I am reminded that God's promises are not just for the future, but they are also for today. He is with me, guiding me, strengthening me, and empowering me to live the life He has called me to live. I will hold on to His promises, keep my mind and spirit focused on Him, and trust that He will see me through to the other side. For I know that He is not done with me yet, and I am excited to see what He has in store for me.
