From Weakness to Strength: God’s Power in Me.

As a child of God, I've come to realize that life is a delicate balance of triumphs and struggles. Some days, the weight of responsibilities, expectations, and self-doubt can feel overwhelming, leaving me wondering how I'll make it through. Yet, in the midst of chaos, I've discovered a truth that has become my anchor: my strength comes from the Lord.

Like the apostle Paul, I've learned that "my strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). When I'm weak, that's when I'm most aware of God's power and presence in my life. It's easy to get caught up in the pursuit of perfection, to strive for excellence in every area of life. But the Bible reminds us that "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble" (James 4:6).

As I navigate the demands of work, fitness, and mental health, I've come to realize that it's okay to not have it all together. I'm human, and I'm prone to mistakes. But I've learned to extend myself grace, just as God extends grace to me. "For his steadfast love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth" (Psalm 103:11).

When negative self-talk and self-doubt creep in, I'm reminded of God's words to Joshua: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" (Joshua 1:9). I am not alone in this journey. God is with me, guiding me, strengthening me, and empowering me to rise above my limitations.

In moments of triumph, I'm grateful for the opportunities to glorify God. And in moments of weakness, I'm reminded that "my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9).

So, I won't quit. I won't give up. Because I know that my strength comes not from my own abilities, but from the Lord who empowers me. And as I face each new day, I'll hold onto the promise that "God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think" (Ephesians 3:20).
