Strength I Never Had on My Own

​This morning I woke up with a melody in my mind — a song from the world, yes, but God used one single line to speak straight into my spirit:

“I’m not as strong as I thought… without You I’m nothing.”

And even though the song was written about a man and a woman, the truth of those words hit me completely differently.

Because when I looked at it through the lens of faith, I realized…

That is exactly what my soul feels toward God.

Not in a place of weakness, but in a place of revelation.

✨ The Strength I Thought Was Mine

There were seasons in my life — hard seasons, lonely seasons, uncertain seasons — where I genuinely believed I was holding myself together.

The truth?

It was never me.

It was always Him.

His grace.

His hand.

His protection.

His mercy.

His breath in my lungs.

His peace guarding my heart.

Without Him, I am nothing. With Him, I lack nothing.

That realization didn’t break me.

It grounded me.

✨ Waking Up With Purpose

Sometimes God speaks through Scripture.

Sometimes through prayer.

And sometimes through the simplest things — even a lyric in the early morning hours.

Because He knows exactly what our hearts need to hear.

This morning, He whispered:

“Stay close to Me — I am your strength.”

And I felt it deeply.
