As I measured portions for my pancakes, reflecting on calorie deficits, my thoughts drifted to life's fleeting nature. Last Friday's movie, "We Live in Time," poignantly illustrated life's fragility. A young couple's joy was interrupted by ovarian cancer, underscoring life's unpredictability.

As a fitness professional, I urge clients to seize the moment, recognizing tomorrow's uncertainty. Similarly, spiritual growth demands immediate decision-making. Life unfolds according to God's timeline, not ours. His voice initiates and concludes life (Psalm 139:13-16).

Human stubbornness drives self-reliant planning, but only one path ensures true fulfillment. Physical afflictions like cancer ravage bodies, yet divine grace offers tranquility amidst turmoil. Suffering becomes bearable, wrapped in God's love and peace (Romans 8:28).

Life's storms rage, but faith assures God's constant presence. Why wait for adversity to seek Him? Jesus offers 24/7 solace, awaiting our call (Matthew 11:28-30).
