Waking Up to Purpose.

As I lay in bed, my body stirred, awakening me at 3:30am, as if summoned by an inner alarm. This consistent wake-up call has become a habit, a reminder that my body is attuned to a higher purpose. In those early morning hours, I am drawn to reflection and prayer, seeking to reconnect with my Creator.

In the stillness of the night, I am reminded of the question that once plagued my mind: "What am I doing here?" It was a query born out of confusion and a sense of purposelessness. But as I grew in faith, I began to understand that I was created with a divine purpose, that I am a child of the Most High God, with royal blood flowing through my veins (1 Peter 2:9, Revelation 1:6).

This realization has transformed my life. I am no longer bound by the limitations of my past or the lies of the enemy. I am washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ, and nothing can take away the privilege of being a child of God (Romans 8:1-2, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

As I declare my allegiance to the Lord, I am reminded of the importance of standing firm against the enemy's attempts to control my human identity. I will not allow him to dictate my thoughts, emotions, or actions. Instead, I will choose to serve the Lord, knowing that He is my Rock, my Redeemer, and my Savior (Joshua 24:15, Psalm 19:14).

In conclusion, my early morning wake-up calls have become a sacred ritual, a reminder of my purpose and identity in Christ. As I start each day, I am drawn to the presence of God, seeking to align my thoughts, words, and actions with His will. May I continue to walk in the light of His presence, fulfilling the purpose for which I was created.
