Discovering True Love in Jesus.

As I prepare to enter the house of the LORD this Sunday, my heart overflows with excitement and gratitude. My journey has been marked by struggles and turmoil, but it is in these darkest moments that I discovered my one true love - Jesus Christ.

In a world where the pursuit of romantic love can be all-consuming, I found myself caught up in the idea that a partner was the key to completing me. However, as I navigated the challenges of being single, I began to realize that true love and fulfillment come from Jesus alone. He is more than my Savior; He is my constant companion, friend, and the love that my soul craves.

In our quest for human connection, it is easy to lose sight of our primary purpose - to love and glorify God. We were created in His image, designed to bring Him pleasure and joy. Yet, in our pursuit of love and acceptance, we often prioritize finding our "other half" over cultivating a deep, abiding relationship with Jesus.

I, too, was once trapped in this mindset. My heart felt empty, and I found myself seeking validation in fleeting relationships. But when I cried out to God for guidance, He posed a profound question: "Are you the right woman for my son?" In that moment, I realized that my focus had been misplaced. I had been seeking love and fulfillment in all the wrong places.

As I turned my attention to Jesus, I discovered a love that surpassed all human understanding. His love is sufficient to fulfill my heart, soul, and spirit. It ignites a fire within me, empowering me to live in the world without being defined by it. Jesus is enough; He is my everything.

With each passing day, my love for Jesus grows. I am humbled by His patience and kindness towards me. His sacrifice on Calvary opened my eyes to the true meaning of life - to love and glorify Him. My heart, once prone to wander, now beats solely for Jesus. 

My heart and mind are at peace. Full of Jesus Love and Grace. And I found rest in the Glory of God, for He is the One who holds my heart and at the right moment, He will bring His son to me, His daughter. 

Lord Jesus, I love You more with each passing day. Thank You for Your unwavering love, companionship, and grace. May I continue to run after You, seeking Your heart above all else. In Your holy Name, I give honor and praise to the Father. Amen.
